The average home inspection takes from two to three hours and our confidential 29 page report can usually be delivered within 3 to 4 business days or, under certain circumstances, at the time of the inspection. The report includes an overview page which lists the items and conditions that are of most importance to the inspector.
If desired, we can provide inspection of termites and other wood destroying insects, well water analysis, radon, mold, lead, and asbestos evaluation.
